Listing Removed Due to Fair Pricing

What are my options when a listing has been removed for violating Amazon’s Fair Pricing? I submitted a POA I’m guessing they will get back to me in a couple weeks. Should I just wait? I heard other people delete listing and relist it. Is that an option?

Amazon just gave this update about price gouging and some steps to do if you think you were flagged in error:

You’re probably screwed, at least for a couple months. I’m hoping when the pandemic dies down a bit they’ll be willing to investigate a bit more. But for now they expect you to match what other stores charge, even if they are advertising a pick up in store price. They also want you to come close to what Amazon themselves charged, even though Amazon doesn’t have to pay themselves a fee, can buy much cheaper than we can, and ships cheaper than we do.

That is an option…If you you do not want to be allowed to sell here any more. Wait until they get back to you Post their response and what you originally sent them. Then we can help.
