Late shipments due to the storm


My p.o. was closed from Tuesday,2/16-2/20. Sent e-mails to all of my customers re the delays, only 1 cancelled. Now I keep getting notices that my account will be deactivated. Sent seller support and e-mail re, on Monday, 2/22, shipped and confirmed. Still getting notices of deactivation, I don’t know how to get through to them. Please help
