We were informed about our account at risked of deactivation for a product that we sold out three months prior of receiving the warning. The product was even deleted from our listing. WE have been sending picture of the product and links which shows the complete ingredient list, which prove the product was natural and no hydroquinone on its ingredients. We don't understand why would we be at risk when the product at question was no longer part of our inventory months before the issue. And we have been cooperative in providing information about the legitimacy of a product we no longer sell. Need assistance on this issue as we keep on getting denied on our appeal/dispute even though we keep on sending them on all requested documents.

Relatively new to selling on Amazon. I just bought a miscellaneous liquidation of goods from a distributor and unfortunately the invoice does not clearly state one of the items. I have quite a lot of this item and noticed that Amazon requires a selling application for it for me to be able to sell it. I was reading online that sometimes it is easier to just request a letter of authorization from the company including things like their official letterhead and the item but I cannot figure out where to submit this. Amazon is asking for a "Selling Application for this Brand".

Can I bypass this by getting the LOA? If so where do I submit it? If this is not correct way can I contact the manufacturer directly to purchase at least 10 units of the item to get a proper invoice to get approval? Any advice is greatly appreciated in advance!

Trademark Status: Pending approval. Amazon's system currently only allows us to report by ordering from the hijacker and submitting images of the fake product. However, this process could take a month or more, especially since the hijacker might never even ship our order. This delay is harming both our brand and customers, and we cannot afford to wait that long.

Problem: The hijacker is selling fake products, misleading customers, and damaging our brand reputation. Since we are unable to report this issue via Brand Registry due to our trademark being pending, we request Amazon's immediate assistance in removing this unauthorized seller.
