We were updating our bank account information on our account and then got locked out of our account even though we were assured by several customer service reps that we would have no problems if we updated our bank information. Amazon provided steps to unlock our account - the first step is resetting our password but we have tried to reset it many times and the passwords we set up will not work, we contacted Amazon and tried everything in the book, resetting, troubleshooting and we still can’t log in.
We are waiting to hear back from seller central as they advised us.
Maybe we are doing something wrong, CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP US?
We need to be able to log into our account so that we can follow the rest of the steps to unlock our account.
