We are an authorized brand partner and ambassador of a brand that is currently on Amazon. The employee who registered the brand on Amazon no longer works at the company and now we can't access the seller central or brand registry page. Please help me recover the account. I'm happy to provide all necessary documentation. Please help as the brand now has been left unattended and nothing can be updated.

I am using debit card for charging method it deducted my account so why now required credit card. I dont have credit card and utility bills on my name then what is the solution? because my account is deactivate since long time even i just open account I submitted all the required business documents such as LLC afterwards my account was deactivated. please give me proper solution

last year i got registered with amazon and got verified on LLC. Never changed my id details. 1 Year ran verified account with multiple ppc campaigns and storage fees in hundreds of dollars. And suddenly my id verification fails.

I had additionally applied kdp account on same details which got approved and then deactivated. Not sure, if this caused a fraudulent concern? Shouldnt have approved my account, if this was an issue ever.

Later, they forced me to deactivate my amazon account with large inventory.

Help does not give specific details concerning confidentiality of my own details sharing with myself ???

It is frustrating if verified account fails after 2 passed verifications (as every 6 months verification is repeated) .

Now, what happens to my inventory? Unfair treatment with out clear direction. Forceful deactivation.

One of the sellers has used a part of our product's main image in the second comparison image in the "OTHERS" section of their listing. Additionally, their A+ page has also taken parts of our main image and our logo. This behavior is clearly aimed at belittling our product. Our main image has been promoted through advertising for seven years and has left a deep impression on buyers. The comparison image of this seller is obviously damaging our business interests and violates Amazon's seller compliance policies. Please help us. thank you!
