Is anyone encounter funds transfer delayed after adding Canada marketplace due to invalid credit card issue?


Amazon being delayed my fund transfer 6 times continuously ever since i added Canada marketplace due to invalid credit card issue and my account being restricted until i updates my credit card information for Canada marketplace. What i did was simply adding the same credit card which is already on file and my account became viewable again. I assumed everything will be back to normal but same problem happened again during fund transfer date . FYI , i’m currently using Discover Card for Canada Marketplace and i call card issuing bank several times and they told me nothing wrong with the card at all . Contact customer service and they don’t seem to understand neither can provide helpful answer. Is anyone knows what is wrong and how to solve the issue once and for all . thank you in advance for all helps.
