Sellers you will not get a more detailed answer from the brand registry group to what is wrong even if you open a support case. This discussion group if your best hope for assistance by the monitoring Amazon staff within the seller forums. I read a few prior discussions and followed the advise they had for other sellers and their ability to speak directly to the Brand Registry group. I updated and resolved the information they wanted to see in my business information and with the USPTO. I resubmitted my appeal and provided the information. I received a answer 7 days later with:

I have no more information from them. Also my pending brand registration is no longer shown as if I never applied. I have kept every email from them and have a copy of every reply sent to them. Please review and advise as to what happened and what do we do? I understand Brand Registry is a third party contracted group for Amazon and totally understand the importance of brands being respected and enforced within the Amazon marketplaces. I just do not understand why there seems to be so much push back by them against sellers trying to register their brands. Growing brand names allowing sellers to list with A+ content is a win win for everyone. The group with their refusal to assist us sellers cannot be in everyone's best interest. THANK YOU for your assistance!
