two of my products have a unspsc code on their detail page, this code is grossly incorrect and i have never ascribed such a code to either product. furthermore this code dictates that the product is within industrial and scientific but certainly not something consumers may use, my product is for use by consumers and is important to their health, not covid 19 but important never the less. the issue is that every single competitor product has prioritized shipping except for mine, i feel that its a result of the incorrect consumer commodities code but they said that they cannot change it. anyone have ay experience with this kind of thing?
