A call from Amazon won’t get you reinstated for a “Related Account” suspension. Those are handled by Seller Performance and they are not available by phone.

Post the notice you received. There will be instructions on that if you are allowed to appeal. Depends what it was suspended for though. Some suspensions/deactivations aren’t being reviewed at all
