We have reduced fees on the Amazon India marketplace to help you offer great selection on everyday low-value items to customers, and to scale your operations.

You will now see the following changes:

  • Pay zero referral fees on products priced below ₹300 across more than 135 sub-categories including apparel, shoes, fashion jewellery, grocery, home décor and furnishings, beauty, toys, kitchen products, automotive, and pet products among others
  • Save up to 90% in fees on additional units sold. Create promotions such as "Buy 2, Get 10% Off" through the promotions creation tool to help maximise your savings under the new fee structure
  • Reduced weight handling fees are now lower by up to ₹17 for items under 1 kg
  • Access simplified flat rates for external fulfilment channels like Easy Ship and Seller Flex
  • Save up to 8% on Inbound Cross Dock (IXD)* shipments under 1 kg
  • Get lower weight handling and return fees for Amazon Bazaar

With these fee updates, you can now offer a wider selection, competitive offers, and grow your business.

*IXD is an inventory placement service to help you move your inventory between different fulfilment centres across the country where you are registered. WE registered a brand through Amazon Brand Registery. It's Gourmet and Grocery food brand that falls under non-returnable item. As of any tech issues they have updated it as 30 Days- Returnable and now we are raising casse since 20 days but issue is not getting resolved.

Help me in this case as my brand and category is gourmet and grocey that comes under non returnable but my listing shows it's returnable.

Amazon team is not able to help me just standard computer generated answers. All time they raise new case and but the matter is as it is.

Main apne products (Cookies, Namkeen, Snacks, Sweets) ko Amazon par Food Category ke andar list kar raha hoon aur sabhi products non-returnable hain. Maine apni listing process me sahi category aur browse node select kiye hain, lekin phir bhi products pe "30 Days Returnable" ka label show ho raha hai.

Mainne kaafi baar Amazon Seller Support ko ticket raise kiya hai, lekin ab tak koi solution nahi mila hai. Mera question yeh hai ki kya kisi aur seller ko yeh issue face ho raha hai? Agar haan, toh kya aapke paas koi solution hai jisse yeh "30 Days Returnable" policy remove ho sake?

very poor Amazon se ye umeed nhi thi jo es field ka badshaa hai usse ye problm solve nhi ho rhi hai

never since i started selling on amazon have i had 0 sales in a day. This is the first time since 2 years that i am seeing zero sales today. I think amazon has from today onwards started limiting exposure to products that are being shipped through selfship.

Recently last 30 days to trend a fake order on Amazon portal is increased, pls. Proper order confirmation systems and follow up suggestion. Fake customers are active on Amazon portal, customers keep original product and return wrong product in Return parcel.

We recently released our Brand Protection report, which demonstrates our efforts to stop bad actors and protect your business from counterfeit products through industry-leading technology and strategic partnerships.

In 2024, we invested more than a billion dollars and employed thousands of people—including machine learning scientists, software developers and expert investigators—to help protect customers, brands, selling partners and our store from counterfeit, fraud, and other forms of abuse.

  • Since 2020, while the number of products available for sale in our store has continued to grow, we have seen around a 35-percent decrease in the total valid notices of infringement submitted by brands.
  • More than 2.5 billion product units have been verified as genuine through our Transparency programme, which has enrolled 88,000 brands worldwide, including Fortune 500 companies, global brands, startups and small businesses.

We remain committed to continued advancements, and we will not rest until we drive counterfeits to zero.
