Incorrect FBA Dimensions For MONTHS Now

I have an FNSKU with incorrect dimensions, and I requested a manual re-measurement back in March which returned the correct values. However, these correct dimensions were not uploaded onto seller central. The incorrect dimensions still remain.

Every time I contact Amazon they say the internal tool shows the correct dimensions. However, after the internal team reviews, the case, they simply copy and paste the incorrect dimensions back and email me.

Each time I request a manual re-measurement, the team responds with the same incorrect dimensions. Exactly the same value, down to the hundredth decimal place.

Can a moderator please help me get a manual re-measurement done?

Why I am not receiving Reviews??

I have 2 questions:

1.

I have been selling a product for more than 18 Months. I enrolled the Vine program getting 25 reviews and after all this time my product only has 44 reviews selling more that 1500 units of this product.

How it is possible the my last review is from February 16th 2025, and I often request reviews manually but NEVER works?

I am following all the Amazon policies and I never used any unauthorized method to get reviews. Could be that Amazon is punishing me by mistake?

2.

I reveived an alert of unfullifable inventory of this ASIN. I just found that there are 3 other SKUs selling this product. And all of them are showing unfullifablt inventory, 8 units each. This is very weird because these extra SKUs shouldn't exist.

Could it be possible that there is a conflic with these SKUs and only 8 units are unfullifable instead of 8 x 4=32 units?

Could it be possible that all these SKUs are in conflict with reviews in some way and I dont receive more reviews for this reason?

Hi everyone,

I’m a new seller on Amazon and I recently ran into an issue I’m hoping to get some advice on.

So far, I’ve only had one FBM order on my account. Unfortunately, due to my inexperience and not fully understanding the handling/shipping timing, that one order was marked as late. This caused my On-Time Delivery Rate (OTDR) to drop to 0%.

I completely understand the importance of delivering on time and I take full responsibility. I've already submitted an appeal explaining my situation and confirming that I’ve reviewed and corrected my process. However, I'm now very concerned that my FBM privileges may be suspended because of this one mistake.

The problem is – I don’t have any new orders coming in to help improve my OTDR. I want to fix this and prove I’m a reliable seller, but without more orders, I feel stuck.

Has anyone been in this situation before? What can I do to prevent deactivation of my FBM selling privileges? Is there any way to request a manual review of account health when the volume is so low?

Any guidance would be really appreciated. Thank you so much!

Premium A+ not unlocking

  • I have more than 5 ASINs
  • I have more than 5 approved project submissions of A+ Content that have been approved and published within the past 12 months.
  • All my ASINs have brand story

Please assist me here and unlock the premium A+ for my account.

Amazon deactivate my account and ask me to submit new documents as ID and Bank Statement, but I submit the expired date documents, but when I try to submit the up-to-date documents i couldn't do that because there is no tab to click to submit the documents all I get is " Verification Failed

Trump trademark and IP violations

Is anybody else seeing a flood of "Trump" IP violations over the last 24 hours? I've received 15 violations since yesterday morning (and counting). Not sure if there's anything I can do sans simply removing all of the listings. Thoughts?

After registration, we are unable to create a brand and ASIN, which prevents us from listing our products. We are a manufacturing factory with international certifications such as ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, RoHS, Sedex, CE, and IATF 16949. However, since February 19, we have repeatedly reported the issue of being unable to create ASINs, but as of April 2, the problem remains unresolved.

Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service and our account manager, the issue has not been resolved. We have worked closely with the local account manager to prepare and submit all necessary documents for review. All our documents are legitimate, and we have provided actual product photos. However, the Amazon backend continues to show an error when creating a product listing.

This situation is extremely unfair to us. We kindly request the review department to contact us for a reassessment. Thank you.

I have contacted Amazon time and time again. My product Is a natural dog shampoo, I have been told I need Approval to sell my product however my product does not fit the criteria any of the reasons for needing approval. I have gone around in circles and yes I am still setting with an inactive product. I am happy to request approval if that is what I need to do but I am unable to get to that page that lists the documentation that is required. I have also been instructed to contact Brand Remedy which I have done and waiting for a response. Any advice would be much appreciated.
