How to "report a violation"? I can't find the link anymore

I need to report a buyer that is trying to make a fraud. However, I cannot find anymore the link to “Report a Violation”. The menu has changed and I can’t see that link anymore.
Could someone tell me where to find the “Report a Violation” section?

To report the possible violation, please visit the link below and select “Other issues” on the left side of the page, and select “Report a violation” on the Contact Us form:

Select one of the sub-categories and enter the details of the possible violation. Please be sure to include the following information, as applicable:
- Your order IDs [include this if appropriate]
- A concise explanation of the violation
All reports are thoroughly investigated by our investigations team. For privacy reasons, the results of our investigations cannot be disclosed; however, disciplinary actions will be taken as appropriate.
