Hello, Amazon Sellers!

As we gear up for the holiday shopping season, let's take a moment to talk turkey—or maybe not turkey at all! I'm curious about your thoughts on Thanksgiving cuisine, and I want to stir the gravy boat a little.

Here's my burning question: What do you think is the most overrated Thanksgiving food item?

Is it the classic green bean casserole that always seems to have more mushroom soup than actual vegetables? Perhaps it's the cranberry sauce that comes out of the can with those distinctive ridges intact. Or maybe—dare I say it—you think the revered turkey itself doesn't live up to the hype?

For me, I'd have to go with stuffing. I've had just about every iteration of it I can find, and it all just tastes like soggy bread to me - I don't get it!

After 5 years, I woke up to find my ASIN hijacked to the brand name "YIERSAN"... and all AWD automatic shipments halted "as I need permissionto sell this product".

6th time this has happen to me in the last 2 years .....

SO, this morning, Ip opened a case with "seller support" and , within two minutes, I get a canned, template response.... "You cannot change brand name - you need to create a new ASIN"....which IS EXACTLY what just happened..... someone changed the brand name ! PS : My brand is registered in brand registry..... THIS IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE ALLOWED.

seller support doesn't even read the emails.... for all the fees we pay, we get literally no support it seems.

Does anyone have any advice in expediting a solution..... ?

Dear Amazon community,

I need your support and intake on this case.

I have applied for a brand registry application for my new brand, however the application was in "ineligible" status due to seller account verification being pending and the account being in 'inactive' status. Upon completing seller verification and getting the seller account into 'active' status, I appealed the brand registry application, but still, the appeal was rejected. Further communication with the team revealed that the brand registry application was rejected due to the seller's account engaging in abusive conduct. I however don't ever recall using the seller account in any such manner, and I have always followed Amazon rules and policies. As I tried communicating with the Amazon team to provide more specific details about how the account was engaged in abusive misconduct, I didn't get any fruitful response.

Now I'm stuck as the product is ready to ship and only waiting for labels to be printed. Case ID for brand registration is 16650497891. Also note, I have another approved brand on the same seller account, so how is the account identified for abusive conduct? Need support!

Deactivation shouldn't be so easy

Our account got deactivated but we haven't got any mail regarding risk. So no warning or not even a suspension occurred in our account. Amazon states that our product is counterfeit but it is impossible since we directly buy from manufacturer itself. I am really heartbroken since we think that amazon's perfection regarding originality is being abused by other sellers. We always thought that Amazon is mostly error free but apparently it is not. Besides our account health is not so bad. It is 212 and we cannot see any violation regarding the product Amazon told us we are selling the counterfeit. This is nuts. I try to connect to support but they keep me answering the same irrelevant information. I am really heartbroken knowing that I haven't done something wrong and it is quite puzzling. I'd never believed something like that would happen. So I end up here.

Over 50 of my ASINs are labeled as Children's jewelry. I All these ASINs are listed in Department Women. I checked the product detail page of these ASINs, and any words related to girl or children are NOT found. I submitted the appeal many times and got rejected without any reason. I contacted the seller support many times, most of them did not do anything. One seller support helped open one case with the internal team to investigate. However, i haven't heard anything from them. Very frustrating with Amazon system! Have anyone had experience to fix the same listing problem before? can you share? thank you so much

We are facing a critical issue with the Amazon Warehousing & Distribution (AWD) service. Our inventory was delivered on 11/13/24, but as of today, it has not been checked into the system. This delay is highly concerning, especially during the peak holiday season.

It is disappointing to experience such inefficiency with AWD. We trusted this service to streamline our supply chain, but delays like this make us reconsider its reliability. At this rate, we are regretting our decision to use AWD and are seriously evaluating the use of a 3PL provider for better control over our inventory.

This delay not only jeopardizes our sales but also impacts customer trust and overall business performance. We urge the Amazon team to escalate this matter immediately and resolve it without further delay.
