I have submitted information to the inbound team multiple times about missing items from a FBA shipment, but no response has been given. The seller support case just remains open. Any ideas about how have the case progress at all?

Anyone else seeing extremely long response times from seller support? Especially on lost inbound cases and especially on higher value lost inbound cases.

For probably 1-2 weeks now, we cannot pull up any messages with "response needed." We have to sift through all messages in order to see ones that need a response. This has left many messages left unattended to and almost going past the 24 hour deadline.

Any fix to this? Any help from supervisors please?
