What is going on with AWD? You raise fees yet aren’t providing the services you promise. You continue to lose our inventory via your own replenishment shipments (see cases below) and now are forcing us to send shipments into the East Coast instead of our preferred West Coast setting causing increases in freight expenses and delivery times (see case 17520643581)!!!
We have created over 48 cases to date for lost AWD inventory from its own replenishment shipments created and managed by Amazon.
