How Long Can A Buyer Remove Feedback?

I’m sure this question has been asked and answered many times, so my apologies…once a buyer has left feedback, how much time is allowed for them to remove that feedback, if they so choose? 30 days? 60 days? Forever? Thanks in advance.

Buyers can update their feedback on a seller transaction within 60 calendar days from the date they originally left the feedback. They can do this one time for every seller transaction.

Buyers cannot change (update) feedback.
Their only option is to remove it if they wish.
Buyers can provide updates to reviews at any time.
I do not know if there is a time limit for them to be able to remove feedback.

I quoted it from the Amazon Seller help page, so it’s correct:

The Amazon has conflicting info:

If you left feedback on a third-party seller and would like to remove it, you have 60 calendar days from the date you left feedback. Most third-party seller feedback can’t be edited, only removed. Once you have removed feedback for a third-party seller, you won’t be able to post new feedback for that third-party seller transaction.

I imagine because one of these was written by Customer Support and the other by Seller Support to be the explanation to why they’re different. In this instance, I would trust the Customer Support article as it is a Customer facing issue.

I think that by the word “updating” they actually mean removing.

Everyone knows that it isn’t possible to edit a feedback. Just delete it.
