How to Report in 3 Steps:

  • Mismatch in buyer details
  • Buyer requesting off-Amazon contact
  • Requests to change delivery address
  • Multiple identical orders across different accounts
  • High-value orders without questions
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders with high value

What Happens Next:

• We'll respond within 12 hours via email

• ⚠️ IMPORTANT: If no email received, ship before Estimated Shipping Date (ESD)

Kindly refer Case ID 11005038362. My account health is suffering due to low OTDR. When contacted Amazon Seller Support, i am given the reply after 15 days that i chose Wefast which is a non integrated courier and hence low OTDR. The exact words are" Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

We understand that your query is regarding Valid Tracking Rate for order id : 405-9496394-2309915, 403-5143889-9225150, 403-4881232-3755535, 407-4838601-7832306, 407-0702885-2334763.

As per the update from our internal team, we would like to inform you that you have used non-integrated carrier that resulted in Valid Tracking Rate defect.

We request you to kindly validate the tracking IDs before ship confirming orders to avoid defects in account.

Further, here is a carrier list whose tracking information is supported by Amazon:

I fail to understand, which of the above mentioned companies offer same day delivery service. Also, team should atleast know that we cannot just select any company . We have to mendatorily select one from drop down. Now amazon refuses to accept that we have chosen one from drop down and have selected "Others". Please be guided seller support , that there is no "Others" optuion given to us during confirm shipment.

I'm seeking clarification on the Order Defect Rate (ODR) removal time. According to Amazon's policies, defects drop out of the 60-day rolling window. Can someone confirm:

1. Exactly 60 days after the defect occurrence, it's removed from the calculation?

2. Does this apply to negative feedback, returns)?

3. Are there any exceptions or factors affecting removal time?

Hey, I'm dealing with a major headache. My account keeps getting hit with trademark violations, even though I've sent authorization letters from the brand. My account health is down to 16, and Amazon says I'll be deactivated in 72 hours! Seller support is useless – they won't tell me why this keeps happening. I'm following all the rules and giving good customer service, but this is happening. What should I do?

Jab tumahri bas ki bat nahi hai order handle karna to self ship ki closing fee kyu bdhayi? Handling capacity hi nhi h tumahri. 2 order ate h ship by next day fir 2 order ate h ship by day after tomorrow then so on. Tired of this sh*t. Self ship me jo bhi order 12 PM tak aa rhe the me same day dispatch kr rha tha. Customers are cancelling their orders now due to not shipping the orders on time. One expects the order to be shipped by next day. Yha do din ki bad ki shipping date aa rhi h usme bhi bande ate nhi pick karne to LDR badh jata h.

Fake Review Trend on Amazon

Recently, we noticed that Amazon sellers have been adding fake reviews.

This trend has increased exponentially. Everyone, big brand or newly launched seller, everyone is adding fake reviews on Amazon.

They have found an easy trick to increase sales. Launch a product, add 30-40 fake reviews and rank higher.

I know Amazon does not tolerate such activity, but I'm not so sure if they are taking any appropriate actions on this.

We have been selling for the past 8 years on Amazon, and it really took us that long to establish a brand on Amazon. But people are using such dirty tricks which take minimal effort.

I hope Amazon will take some action on such sellers.

And I hope other sellers who are facing the same problems will report such reviews on Amazon.
