I am trying to get into my seller account, but I only have my land line to use. I don’t have a cell phone, or a second phone to use for the back up.
I got a notification that I just sold a book, and I can’t login to get the info so I can ship it.
I have set all of my active listings as inactive until I get a smart phone. That could be a while. Amazon could have done this a lot better. Like allowing us to verify on the computer, without having to use two phones. This is stupid. I just won’t be selling for a while.
But if you do not ship the book in time, Amazon will penalize you, and customer might file A-Z claim to get refund of payment. You seem caught between a rock and hard place. Try to call Amazon on your phone for help.
