I have an order listed but when I click on it I get a message that I don’t have any orders. I got an email that I have an order also.
What are your order filters set to? Most people’s filters default to 7 days. Sometimes a pending order can hang out for literal days and when it becomes a “real” order, it’s already past the 7 days and isn’t shown.
(My pending order has been in pending since Monday. I’m probably going to have to adjust my filters when it comes thru too.
So you’re seeing that you have an order in Seller Central, but when you click on ORDERS, you don’t see anything? Make sure you expand the date range to show all orders within, say, the last 30 days.
I do not have your problem with orders, but I do have many problems that only a human can answer and fix. October, 2018 Amazon discontinued Seller Support by phone. I have been frustrated with this lack of communication.
