We're wondering if there would be interest in "just for fun" or more casual conversational threads, within the Seller Forums? We know that sellers share tips and tricks on how to navigate Amazon, but this could be things like:

  • Introductions and getting to know each other
  • Discussing hobbies, interests, or entrepreneurship tips
  • Crowd-sourcing ideas or opinions on non-Amazon related topics

We want to gauge the community's thoughts, a few questions for you:

  • Do you want to have just for fun topics in the Forums?
  • Do you feel like there is a place for you to do this now? If not, what would be your recommendations?
  • Would you have these conversations more often if there was a place for this?
  • What kind of topics would you post/like to post?

Order handling capacity - Not working - Need Help

I have notice that the Order handling capacity has not been working the past two days. It was working fine for over a month.

I have my Order handling capacity set at 3. I have AHT enable and SSA enable. The past 2 days the Order handling capacity has been going significantly above the limit and i have no longer been getting any email notifications when it exceed or falls below the capacity. It appears that the capacity limit is completely off but its set at 3.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? How do i fix this?

Today I changed my Order handling capacity to 2 to see if it would start working again but it has not.

I have contacted amazon via chat so far but there has been no resolution.

Hello, I tried to get feedback removed through the Feedback Manager because the entire feedback was a product review.

The request was denied and I have opened other cases to try to get it removed, but all responses say the same thing, directing me to go through Feedback Manager to get it removed, which I already did. I keep saying that I have done this already, but I don't think a human is actually reading any of these cases.

Are there any mods that might be able to help me?

I'm convinced Amazon has made major changes on it's algorithm, resulting in drastic sales drops for some businesses, but possibly not for all. We're unfortunately one of the businesses that has had a massive drop in the past year....about 50%. I'm wondering if this is different per catagory, per time on Amazon....etc. There's just no way that this is organic change. It'd be nice if Amazon was transparent with it's so called "partners," but I think those who've been here awhile realize we aren't truly partners. Partners are transparent, especially about major and effecting changes. Anyway, anyone who wants to chime in, what percent are you up or down from last year.....what catagory are you in......and how long have you been a seller here? Thanks all!

A buyer claimed he never received the product but UPS has a picture of it sitting at his front door!! The customer tells me that is not his house when Google maps has the exact picture of his house with that door!!

A to Z claim filed by buyer and Amazon sides with buyer and sends him a refund!!! I appealed and in less than 10 minutes that was denied.

WHY??? What is wrong with you Amazon???!!! Buyer is obviously lying!!

Happy Halloween! In the spirit of the season, we would love to hear from our selling partners a list of some of your favorite Halloween movies (and other spooky merriments)—in no particular order.

What's your go-to Halloween movie to watch this time of year? Any classic Halloween movies you always rewatch? Which movies give you the most chills?

Aside from the classics which include The Shining, Exorcist, and Children of the Corn, I have really enjoyed Hereditary. The film follows a grieving family tormented by sinister occurrences after the death of their secretive grandmother. My next one would have to be Smile. It is chilling, unnerving, and very difficult to watch sometimes, hence making it a great Halloween movie.

So let's hear which films get you in the Halloween spirit! Post your favorites below.

Account Health Advice Needed

Can someone fill me on on how this works? We have shipped 1200+ orders this month and instead of going up 4 points every couple weeks it has gone down 4 points every few weeks for some unknown reason. Every time the score drops it drops sale for a day or two as a result. We haven't had any violations or anything which would directly affect our account. Any insight would be appreciated!

A lot of unreasonable, inconsistent and weird amount shipping charges,

4 oz shipping cost from A to B: $4.78, used to be $4.02. Cost shipping to a more distant state is lower.

8 oz shipping cost from A to B: $5.62. Cost using Stamps is $4.62, which is $1.00 cheaper.

4 oz shipping cost from west coast to east coast: $4.62. Shipping cost from west coast to southwest: $4.82.

8 oz shipping cost from A to B: $5.97. Cost using Stamps is $5.03.

Shipping costs from the same origin to different places of a same state also varies too much.

The shipping price calculator is screwed up biggly: not intrinsically consistent and the shipping cost is unpredictable.

We sell thousands of Funko branded products every day and out of the blue 5 minutes ago we get this email. Never had any issues with Funko products besides the occasional authenticity complaint, which we are able to get taken care of relatively easy because we have verifiable invoices from suppliers. We have an amazing track record with Funko and our supply chain is fine, so I am not sure where this has come from. There is no where for me to request approval and we are hard gated with a red restricted sign on the app. Any help would be appreciated.

To ensure a safe and trustworthy shopping experience, we have implemented additional qualifications to sell FUNKO products. Specifically, at this time, only domestic sellers with track record of steady sales and inventory supply from reputable and verifiable suppliers are eligible to list FUNKO products. I think there has been a mistake because I do not sell FUNKO branded products. What should I do?

Amazon will review your claim and make a final determination that will ensure the best shopping experience for our customers."
