How can I reactivate my account?


Hi - I’m a very new UK seller (UK registered limited company) into the US market. After registration, my account was deactivated and utility bills and/or internet bills were requested.

My submissions keep getting rejected and it’s hard to know why. I’ve asked for a callback but didn’t get one.

Are they looking for bills which show the UK legal entity which will be selling on Amazon?

@Lifestyle_nuux, the documents much match the information contained within Seller Central. Banana can be your Store/display name, but your back end details in Seller Central need to correspond with your document details (Apple).
