I have an issue where I cannot post a public response to a bad review in which the customer lied. I previously asked to have the review removed and now every time I try to contact the customer service bot tells me they have already reviewed the case and cannot reopen it.
Again, the false review can stay up, but I want to post a publci response and cannot. Can a real Amazon customer representative help me? And how do I contact someone?
This new Amazon Seller help bot is terrible and frustrating.
