Help!

I started using Amazon pay on my website and then after collecting $12k, amazon suspended my account for “shipping times” - my product is on backorder. I removed Amazon pay. However, I need to help a couple people with refunds or inaccurate charges and I can’t do anything. I’ve had to pay them via check/venmo because Amazon has refused to do anything despite 14 emails. I also don’t know when my funds will even be released to me.

Yesterday, one of the incorrect charges that I resolved, they tried to cancel the customers order and give them a full refund (customer doesn’t want this) and I can’t send a product to someone if they haven’t paid for it.

How do I get them to talk to me and resolve this?
