Help with Plan of Action FBA shipment ability suspension

I received a message:

Hello from Fulfillment by Amazon,

Your ability to send shipments to fulfillment centers has been suspended for at least 24 hours because multiple shipments have not been in compliance with FBA’s canceled, misrouted, and incomplete shipments policy.

The most recent issue was confirmed on the following shipping plan:

I sent my Plan of Action. Amazon did not accept it.

Plan of Action:
1.) What went wrong:
I didn’t send shipments to all facilities assigned by Amazon as stated in several shipment plans. I’ve put wrong box size on 2 shipments. Also I’ve ignored amazon’s warning. By these actions of mine I violated FBA’s shipment policy about “Canceled, misrouted, and incomplete shipments” and “Shipping and routing requirements“ at chapter Box dimensions as 2 shipments were wrong sized and one of these was oversized (over 25.00 inces).

2.)What I have done to fix the problem.
I’ve studied FBA’s shipment policy about “Canceled, misrouted, and incomplete shipments”. I understood that it’s necessary to ship products to Amazon as stated in plan, including sending the right quantity of each product to the assigned Amazon facility. I’ve also studied FBA’s policy about “Shipping and routing requirements“ and understood how important it is to indicate correct box sizes and size mustn’t exceed 25.00 inches. I’ve learnt a lesson well and now I know that shipment in a multi-destination shipment plan can not be deleted after being confirmed and that after first package delivery I have 30 more days to deliver the rest.

3.)What I am doing to prevent the problem from occuring in the future.
From now on I’ll be very attentive about sizes of boxes sent. They will be measured accurately and will not exceed 25.00 inches. I will also strictly follow shipment plan and send named number of products to assigned facility. I will never delete shipment in a multi-destination shipment plan after confirmation. I will keep my eye on multi-destination packages to be delivered during 30 days period.

I will be very attentive about amazon’s problems notifications and warnings to avoid suspends in future.

Now I don’t know what to do why Amazon didn’t accept it. And what to say in my next version of Plan of Action. Help me identify where I made a mistake please.

You are not permitted to delete some of the shipments in a multi-destination shipment plan after you approve that plan, and all of the shipments in your approved multi-destination shipment plan must arrive within 30 days after the first shipment in that plan arrives at our facilities.

We require additional information describing how you plan to update your shipment creation and shipping practices to ensure that future shipments would be in compliance with FBA’s canceled, misrouted, and incomplete shipments policy.
