Hi guys, thank you so much for taking time for my post.
When log in seller account, it shows up “Not Authorized” we don’t have a seller account associated with that email address. But the strange thing is all the listings are still available so far. No change of any information to the seller account but why all of sudden this account got suspended. Try to contact the performance team but got no response.
Any advice to resolve this issue would be appreciated!
Are you logging in with the original email address you started the account with?
If you by chance created a new user with the new email address, try the old email address.
