Help to restore selling account

Hi,
I have similar issue.
If I may asked: what if I received such an email, does it change anything?

We encourage you to open a new seller account on Amazon if you wish to continue selling. You can use the same email address from the terminated account to open a new account.\n\n

The email says you can open a new account, with the same email as the last one.
I helped a seller to this exactly, a couple of months ago, her account is open & active.

@SEAmod Can you guys push some training the people who are telling EVERY NEW SELLER THIS INCORRECT INFO? Almost every post in the past month has said they were told to do this.
