You will need to find someone who speaks English to help you with your appeal.
I hope, that the text, which you have just posted was not your appeal.
Most suspensions are very easy to get resolved so I would advise you to put some effort into it.
An appeal should have this form:
- What happened
- What have you done to fix the issue
- What will you do to prevent similar complaints in the future
