At wit’s end and need help. We have tried three times to close our seller account. Each time we’ve been assured that it’s closed. Today we received ANOTHER bill for the current time period, I logged on, and the account is still active. When I go into Seller Central, and try to close the account again - y’know, this time for the fourth time - it says we need to contact them after 28 November 2018. I have no further options.
No idea what to do here. I changed our billing information so that the card expires this month to prevent future billings, though honestly I don’t know that is the best way to handle this. I’ve repeatedly contacted Amazon Support about this and received no response. Can’t find a phone number to reach them anywhere since the Help function just leads in circles.
