If the OP has a meltdown over a customer leaving a negative review, then it’s possible they don’t have the temperament to be in this business.
On a scale of 1-10; a negative false reviews is a 1.
For the record, few years ago in the news an Amazon seller sued a buyer over a 1 star review and won.
Amazon promptly banned the seller from the platform.
It’s their world, and even a multi-million dollar seller is peanuts here.
