The link @Lake gave you is a good place to start. You need a professional account to sell in Amazon Handmade. Once you are approved and if you do not sell more than 40 items a month on the commercial side, you get your account free until the end of this year.
You will have to ask for a refund once you are approved. The free trial period for handmade was extended through 2019. Also be sure to ask for access to the closed Amazon Handmade forum when you are approved. You will find specific help from other sellers.
Handmade is different than the commercial side.
