Yes it is full of prejudice.
The business culture of the PRC encourages and rewards a broad range of unethical behavior. Such as filing false IPVs, using proxies to place fake order, stealing the IDs of US citizens to place fake orders, forging USPTO documents, operating multiple accounts, ASIN creation spam, the JL Scam.
There is nothing wrong with being prejudiced in business against countries that have a history of fraud - just like no reasonable business person in the USA will take a money from someone in Nigeria, or most US online sellers will not ship to Italy because of customs delay fraud.
And it is 100% true that the govt of the PRC protects its citizens from being held accountable for the crimes they commit online in the US marketplace. Such as the Huawei case - where the PRC is fighting to keep a PRC citizen held in Canada from being extricated to the USA or the motherboard spy chips.
The PRC is #1 country for originating cyber attacks, and US sellers on Amazon have been under non stop cyber attacks from China for over 10 years.
