I’ve been trying to get my $16.66 payment that is left in my account. I keep getting messages that say my shipping address is incorrect. It’s not. I have been using the same account and information since I opened my account over 15 years ago. I’ve sent messages. I’ve re-entered my account information. I’ve checked with my bank to make sure there have been no changes on their end. And, finally, I have left more “help” messages than I can count and still can’t get an answer from Amazon. Someone please help.
