I have appealed 4x now and keep getting the same form letter. I have provided a LOA that has been accepted in the past when a 3rd party maliously claimed ownership of the North American Rescue brand. There is no Trademark mentioned in the complaint nor is there a contact party. I have already contacted North American Rescue who once again wants to know who is falsely filing these complaints.

We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your listing currently. To reactivate your listing, provide any one of the following documents for proving the authenticity of your listings:

What happens if I do not provide the requested information?
If we do not receive the required information, the listing will remain deactivated. The violation record will remain on your Account Health page for up to 180 days after the listing was deactivated or until the violation is successfully disputed. Deleting your listing on this ASIN does not sufficiently address the reason for the violation and will not result in its removal from your Account Health page.
