The API keeps returning “CANCELLED

Weird question, but can you try it with start and/or end dates and see if you get a result?

I believe that this part of the API doesn’t let you select dates; you call the API and it returns the data for the day you called it.

Unfortunately, my back-end developer quit a month ago so until I hire a new one (interviewing) I don’t have a good way of verifying what I just said.
