Can a buyer that used a freight forwarder leave me negative feedback? I have a buyer that purchased 2 iphones on two different occasions. Both went to the same freight forward company and the buyer claimed the touch screens were non-OEM. They were not defective, just not the original screen. (I’m not sure how they can tell, because I certainly can’t and I did not replace the screens) Anyway, when I told them to open a return case, they wanted me to refund them an additional $70 because of the shipping cost. When I refused, they left me negative feedback for both purchases.
