Few ASINS de-ranked misteriously

Three of our ASINS suddenly de-ranked two weeks ago from position 3-5 to 29-32 to all main search terms.
Does anyone have this before? What’s this all about?
What would you recommend?

The only thing we did is flat-file full uploads for a full refresh.
