Two Noob questions here:
Does a buyer still get to leave feedback and review (here I mean review with a “Purchase Verified” tag) for the returned order?
I got a return & refund request from a buyer for an FBA order. I can’t know the return reason since the item hasn’t been returned yet. Should I send a follow-up email to the buyer to ask for the reason or just hang tight for its return? What would you do in this case?

Did the buyer contact you? If so, refer the buyer to Amazon since this was an FBA order.
There is a way you can see the reason the buyer selected for the return, but I’m not sure how. Remember, that buyers don’t always select the correct reason.
