For SFP/FBM Prime, I have Saturday enabled as a delivery day. I always ship Prime orders with Fedex 2-Day exclusively.

I received an order with guaranteed Saturday delivery, and my usual Fedex is not an option. I also checked the address manually in Fedex and it verified Saturday delivery is not available.

Instead of paying less than $9 to ship it, it looks like USPS Express at $26 is the only option 😒

QUESTION: Is there a way to prevent this WITHOUT removing/disabling Saturday delivery for everyone?

I see the option to change which zones are offered on each Premium shipping option in SSA, but this is NOT a zone issue, as zone is not tied to whether Saturday delivery is available or not.

What I'm most annoyed by is that the "Shipping Service used to calculate Delivery Promise" *IS* with Fedex 2-Day.... yet Amazon's system KNOWS Fedex 2-Day with Saturday delivery is not offered here 😡😤🤬

I have a question around the AtoZ Guarantee and FedEx Ground on a Saturday ship date.

So for the AtoZ guarantee a package has to be shipped on time and the "first scan" needs to be done on or before the ship date and then its covered.

For FedEx Ground/Home Delivery we have discovered that our FedEx Office (and so they say, all FedEx offices) dont have a pick up for Ground/Home Delivery on a Saturday. (They only have a FedEx Express pick up). Amazon still suggest FedEx Ground for shipping options on a Saturday but im assuming that they believe that the packages will get picked up on that same day.

Obviously our packages are "scanned" at the FedEx office so does that cover us for the AtoZ guarantee? The package on Amazon doesnt change to "Carrier Received the Package" though because i dont believe that changes until the driver comes to pick the package up for Ground. The FedEx website shows that they have received the package so would that cover us?

I just wanted to know what others do in this situation so that i am covered. We can use UPS however it is more expensive but i'm prepared to do that if thats the only way we would be covered for saturday shipments.

Do other areas have Saturday FedEx Ground/Home Delivery pick ups and its just my area (DFW) that doesnt? As i said, the advisor in the FedEx store suggested that nowhere has a Ground/Home Delivery pick up on a Saturday.

We are not getting our Fed Ex One Rate pricing this morning. Anyone else? Works fine through our software but not Amazon Buy Shipping.

*It appears that One Rate with Saturday delivery is where we are seeing the increase whereas in the past, there was not an additional charge for Saturday delivery.
