FBA Shipment Lost by UPS Claim Process

I used UPS through Amazon to send a shipment to one of the fulfillment centers and its been over a month and the UPS tracking is showing the In-transit status.

I have contacted seller support multiple time and they have been of no help at all. Seller support keeps on telling me to look at the target reconcile date when there is none since the shipment has not been delivered.

Has anyone experienced such a scenario and how were you able to get a trace initiated or a claim filed?
