I have 2 FBA orders were refunded by Amazon because of Delivered Late by Carrier, seller support indicates they don’t reimburse for refunds issued by non-Amazon entities.
As the seller we didn’t refund the orders, it was Amazon refunded because the carrier didn’t deliver the orders on time.
Anybody has the same issue?
Anything to close the case.
Reopen it or create a new one.
Have you waited the 45 days to see if the product is returned? If not, you need to wait.
2 more orders refunded by Amazon cuz Delivered Late by Carrier, I will be contacting Amazon.
Need to watch your emails, I have found Amazon quit putting these on the FBA return page. They just send an email, auto refund, and never put it on the FBA return page so you can track it.
I get like 5 of these a week, and had to open a case for each, some cases multiple times. Good news is they have decreased in last few weeks. Fingers crossed.
