We’ve been shipping products to FBA for about a year now with very little problems with receiving. We have a 3 step verification system in place to make sure that the orders are picked, packaged, and shipped accurately. We began noticing that starting with our shipments from November, more and more of our packages were coming up as having “incomplete shipments”. It has gotten ridiculously out of control, though. The latest notification we received was from a shipment we sent in on 12/11/18 where we sent in 105 items in ONE box but which the warehouse claims they only received 29. How the heck does this happen and what can we do to dispute this? We have open several investigations on other shorted shipments and just get the cookie cutter response of “Nope, can’t find it. Sorry…you’re SOL”. Amazon FBA has lost hundreds of our products which resulted in thousands of dollars of lost revenue. What systems do you all use to protect yourselves? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!
