This statement confused me a bit and does not match the title. So I am going to assume the title is the correct statement.
“FBA item was returned to me, it is not my item, and old and stained.”
What you do is take a picture of the item returned to you from the FBA warehouse. Take a picture of the box and paperwork in the box too. Take a picture of the product you send to FBA. Open a case, informally this is called a “Switcheroo” I have had Amazon CSR’s even use that term.
Whenever we take to time to open a case and provide the information, we are refunded the full value of our product as if it were sold and shipped by Amazon.
We don’t bother on low value products, and we have received back competitors items, makes for a nice analysis of our those that sell items similar to ours.
