FBA Fees different for the same products in different colors
Hello,
I’m a seller in handmade and recently shipped some items to FBA just before Christmas. I have 2 identical small items, just made in different fabric colors, brown and purple. They are packaged the exact same way.
The FBA fees for my brown product is $5.90, the purple product is $8.00. The correct fee should be $5.90.
Unfortunately, the purple product sells better and I plan to replenish my inventory, but would like this fixed before sending in more stock.
What do I need to do to get this fixed? Thanks!

Ask for a Cubiscan on this item.
My thought on what happened is that you either entered some values incorrectly when you set up your shipping plan, or Amazon scaned one item and determined the size is actually different than what you entered.
Either way, a Cubiscan will be the only option for you to resolve the issue.

Check weight & dimensions of both products, It must be that one product has wrong values set for either weight or dimensions.
