Hello,

I sell on Amazon North America (US, Canada, Mexico) and recently started registering for an Amazon Europe seller account. However, I had to cancel midway, and now I can’t resume the registration. I keep getting an "registration unavailable" error.

My Seller Central dashboard also shows conflicting information:

In some areas, the EU marketplace appears linked.

In other areas, it doesn’t show as linked or connected.

When I try to register or link my EU account, after signing in, I just get redirected back to my existing marketplace with no option to proceed.

I’ve searched the forums and found that incomplete registrations seem to cause similar issues, and it often requires Seller Support intervention. I’ve also checked with Amazon support in the US, UK, and Germany, but none of the suggested solutions worked.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you resolve it? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

I am very sad about the customer service treatment. I cannot activate stores in European countries. Only America has been activated. I have been trying to activate for more than three months. I spoke with customer service and no one has helped me yet. I think that you do not want to activate my accounts. I do not know why or what the reason is, but I thought that Amazon was the ideal place to start a small project, but I was wrong. I only sell print-on-demand. I sell simple things.Every time I upload my documents after that, Amazon sends me another message and says we are contacting you and you must send us valid documents. I feel as if they are ignoring me or they do not respond to me. I am selling something :(

Thank you Amazon for destroying me and preventing me from being a small business owner that provides me with the minimum requirements for living.:(

Fake reviews are running rampant on Amazon. In just a few days, the number of false reviews has reached more than 600. It has increased from the initial 6 to the current more than 600. Moreover, over 90% of these reviews are not relevant to the product at all. Amazon turns a blind eye to such blatant violations.

Does anyone see anything worth any adjustments? Has anyone had any luck getting reimbursed? Amazon points at the post office and the post points at Amazon. I am so frustrated. This is the ONLY site that takes our money making believe there are "adjustments" and then there's no one to help recoup our money.
