Everything is normal with Amazon account, but Amazon stopped paying us
Amazon will stop paying us from February 2021
A large amount of balance in our account is directly transferred to the reserve fund by Amazon
Amazon did not give us any notice about this
In these 2 months we have been contacting the Amazon team and “payments-funds@amazon.com”
but
All replies tell us: Amazon will investigate our problems!
Amazon has been investigating this issue for 2 months
But we did not get an effective response and solution
We don’t know what caused the funds in the account to be continuously transferred to the reserve
We don’t know when I can get the funds in the account
Amazon did not give any response.
We don’t know how to solve this problem now.

Did you receive any A-Z claims, returns, refunds, or a chargeback, or late shipments / deliveries, or mid-low feedback score on your account since February?

No A-Z claims, returns, refunds, or a chargeback,
All our orders are using FBA
All order issues are directly resolved by Amazon
The status of our account has been maintained in a “good” state
and so
We are very confused now
Because Amazon has been inquiring for 2 months,But still did not tell us what caused it.

Are your regular real credit cards tied to the Amazon account updated & current with good expiration dates…???.. on both the buyer side, and the selling side…
