My personal picks are the Lions, Cowboys, Packers and Chiefs!

Our family tries to eat as early as possible, and then graze throughout the rest of the night, snacking on deserts and leftovers while family members are scattered around in and out of naps in every corner of the house. Can you relate? Surprisingly, most of my family looks forward to Friday more than the "big meal" when we make our family tradition, leftover Thanksgiving egg rolls (think turkey, mashed potatoes, corn, cranberry sauce, stuffing (dressing for some of you) wrapped up tight in egg roll wrappers then fried, with warmed gravy as the dipping sauce). As my late grandma would say, "Don't knock 'em 'til you try 'em"

Hello,

Hope you guys are doing very well. We are a seller based in Florida, United States. We had shipped Amazon Canada orders using GlobalPost. The mail carrier hands over the packages to Canada Post after customs clearance. We had dispatched the customer orders just prior to the nationwide strike and now the packages are stuck somewhere in Canada. As there is still no agreement in sight between the national mail operator and its workers, these orders will most probably be delivered late. This terrible situation will have dire consequences for our account (and almost every other seller's account on this platform). How is Amazon going to help protect its sellers when things are clearly out of our hands? We need clear guidance from Amazon. Thank you and take care!

On Nov, 21, we received the notice of our seller account information verification. Then we submited the requested information, but the verification was failed. Now, our seller account has been deactivated. We submitted the government-issued photo ID and business licence.

Now, we have prepared all the document of the verify information. But there is no route on the Account Health page now.

The problem is when I go to reactivate account link it just brings me back to the page that tells me it's been deactivated. I never get to the spot where I can enter in my information, I.D etc.

What should we do please?

My Shippment ID:STAR-TP2RZP42J56W4, showed Deliveried at IUSJ warehouse on Nov 6, 2024

02:23 AM GMT+8, Shippment Closed on Shipment closed on Nov 25,2024, but till now, the inventory did not get anyone Pcs item.

after I offered the Delivery of Proofs, but at inventory report ,the Received QTY is ZERO.

I opend case ID:16668092841 on Nov 13, but 16days passed, I did not get any answer.

So, where are my 109 BOX items??? And, The ASINs' rankd greatly decreased now because there is not item to sale.

Who will reponsible for this issue?

Is there any other seller has the same problem?

I have been selling on Amazon since 2015, never had any issues, listed around 5000 unique products and selling all good, All of the sudden I got an email that my ASIN is Counterfeit of Nintendo. First I kept pushing back and showed them every evidence. but Seller Central doesn't seems to accept that. After a while, one of the seller Central Rep told me to acknowledge the violation and show in the details that what steps I will take to prevent it from the future. I did the same. Uploaded everything they asked for. Its been 2 months, Still account is deactivated. Worst part is that because of the main account, my brand new RENEWED account got deactivated too. Loosing too much, not only monetary but emotionally, I bought around 6 figures of inventory for the season and all I am doing is wait.

Irony is, The SAME exact product is being sold by at least 5 more sellers, like THE EXACT same product. I am not sure what i did wrong and why I am being framed.

USPS not an option to choose for shipping 11/28

I have an order than needs to ship to California and Amazon is not offering USPS as an option to purchase a label. They give options of UPS which is 2X more expensive. Is anyone else experiencing this issue currently?

Dear Amazon Seller Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent experiences of being targeted by Hyperice, a company known for its sports recovery and performance products, with patent infringement claims that I believe are unfounded and possibly designed to extort settlements from small sellers.

Specifically, Hyperice has been sending patent infringement notices to sellers, including myself, for products that do not conflict with their offerings nor infringe upon their patents. Despite my attempts to engage constructively, I reached out to their Intellectual Property Director requesting details of the alleged infringement, but received no substantive response. Instead, Hyperice demanded a settlement fee of $5,000 USD, which I find exorbitant and unethical, akin to extortion.

Furthermore, I am deeply concerned about Amazon's handling of these patent infringement claims. The review process seems to lack thoroughness, as Amazon often fails to adequately assess the relevance of the patents to the products in question. This inaction, coupled with the apparent willingness to side with larger companies like Hyperice, creates an environment where small sellers feel bullied and overwhelmed.

It is crucial for Amazon to maintain a fair and transparent process for addressing patent infringement claims. The current system appears to favor larger companies, enabling them to leverage their patents to disrupt the business of smaller sellers without proper scrutiny. This not only stifles competition but also undermines the trust and fairness that should underpin Amazon's marketplace.

I urge Amazon to review and improve its patent infringement complaint process to ensure it is fair, impartial, and protective of all sellers, regardless of their size. We need a system that encourages innovation and supports small businesses, not one that aids in the bullying and extortion of sellers by larger companies.

I invite other sellers who have faced similar experiences to share their stories and join me in advocating for change. Together, we can work to create a more equitable and supportive environment for all Amazon sellers.
