Buyer requested a return and received an immediate refund upon creating the return label. Which seemed odd as usually the item must be returned first. We received the return package today and inside was a tiny empty package of some ear buds. The item they purchased was 26lbs. So we had to pay for a 26lb return label for them to actually keep the heavy item they purchased and were already refunded for and then they just sent back a 1oz empty ear bud package. So we lost our item, we also lost money paying for the return label. We also cannot access "manage returns" for some reason. It is just a blank screen. But we do know the order number. How do we report this and get our money back and keep this from happening to somebody else?

I want to know how we can sell our own board game on Amazon. The name of the game is Saint's Rest and I have AI generated images on the cards and box. I want to know if I can use the name on my packaging in the image section of the game and in the title even though it is not trademarked. my game will not have a barcode on the box since its not registered trademark.

I don't know if you are aware but USPS has initiated a deliberate slowdown of their services for a very large majority of package recipients starting today. This is an even greater issue for the many post offices that refuse to scan individual packages but rather will only scan SCAN Forms such as my local post office. Part of the adopted plan also eliminates transiting packages on Saturdays. That has a massive impact not only of delivery speeds but also combined with the no end of day package pickups at the vast majority of local post offices.

This is marketed under the article entitled "USPS Is Enhancing Service Standards" on the USPS website.

"Allowing flexibility in regional transportation schedules, which may extend service expectations by one day for mail collected at certain Post Offices, while overall improving delivery speeds for mail and packages between regions."

That quoted text means that unless your local post office is within 50 miles of a regional center (most of the country is not); those packages will not be picked up until the following business day in the morning. This is an absolute nightmare scenario when sellers are stuck in the situation like us who are in a postal area where the post office refuses to scan individual packages. We lose all types of Amazon shipping protections at this point.

How does Amazon plan to address these changes made by this carrier?

I’m a new seller and could use some guidance from those with more experience dealing with brand ungating appeals.

I initially submitted an ungating request for a product category on Amazon, but it was denied due to an insufficient order quantity — I had submitted documentation showing a purchase of 96 units, which I later learned fell short of Amazon’s minimum threshold.

To address this, I updated the order increasing the quantity to 104 units, ensuring it clearly met the requirement. I then submitted an updated invoice reflecting the corrected quantity along with other supporting documentation (invoice and authorization letter from supplier) as part of my appeal submitted on March 28, 2025.

After not hearing anything back for several days, I contacted Amazon Seller Support to inquire about the status. They advised me to reply directly to the appeal with a follow-up message requesting an update, which I did yesterday (04/01).

So far, there’s still been no response, and I’m unsure if this delay is typical or if there’s anything else I should be doing to move things forward. I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s been through a similar process:

- How long did your appeal review take after submitting corrected documents?

- Is there an additional way to escalate or check the status beyond replying to the appeal?

- Any tips on how to avoid further delays?
