After creating my account I followed the steps and sent the required documents. They were approved in less than 24 hours. I applied for the GTIN exemption in two categories. They were both approved in less than 12 hours. Everything went as smooth as possible.
However, my account is still suspended. When I appealed from the Performance Notifications to reactivate my account, it said “We will review your submission and you should expect a reply within the next 24 hours.” and this email was sent to my inbox:

On the Your Case Log under Case Status it says Transferred. While the other three cases (Documents confirmation and GTIN exemptions are Answered).
It’s been a couple days now and still no reply. Is this delay very common? Should I just be patient or there are actions I should take? Any idea what could be causing this?
