Do NOT USE DHL for shipping

by Seller_h3MKl4QtI0hOr

I used DHL for two orders shipped to Canada and in both cases DHL charged additional fees for remote area delivery and import tax. I sent many Amazon orders to Canada using USPS and I am sure there is no import duty for merchandise valued less than $2,500 from USA to Canada. I was very disappointed because after paying for the shipping charges and these additional charges I had huge loss on these orders. I will never use DHL again and would take this opportunity to inform other Marketplace sellers about the DHL charges beyond the price of shipping label.

DHL on Amazon’s Buy Shipping states that it will charge the seller for any customs, duty, etc.

Yes, buyers on .com are supposed to be responsible for these fees if the order is shipped outside the USA.
