I enlisted my brand on Amazon. I have a valid trademark in the US and now another seller is hijacking my brand and they have been allowed to make changes to my listing because they have a trademark in the EU. They also added packaging that infringes on my trademark and is no way associated with the brand. They were also allowed to enroll in the transparency program because of this but its my listing. I'm so frustrated, how do I resolve this?

I am currently loss, I have been fighting with amazon brand registry. when i first started i had the wrong information in my seller account and didint update it to my business information (i use to do sole proprietor). I submitted an application and got it declined, updated everything, and kept appealing but same automated response.

Now I have updated everything, all my account, tax, business information, my business address is verified, everything matches my documents. I was locked for 90 days and I waited 90 days before resubmitting. I made sure everything was updated and I submitted another application. Ultimately got declined without even being assigned a case id, it didint take more than 20 seconds to get a declined and 90 day lock on any application from my brand. I keep getting the same automated response of cant verify business id or tax id over 6 months.

It's the same wait 15 days for a review and then I get another same automated response saying tax id. I am a canadian business with a registered trademark in the us.

My product volume fluctuates based on the season and my return rate as well as units sold (60-days) also increased. My ODR % is 1.27% which is higher than <1% , is an appeal letter option available?

Can some kind soul direct me toward information that explains why my listings are so frequently at the bottom of the list of dealers offering a product?

Feedback is tough - presently at 93%. Feedback is so scarce that 1 bad FB can cost me a 5 point drop. Yet, sellers with 77% FB and lower always seem to be well above me.

I know many of my competitors are higher volume sellers. If that's the ticket then it's a vicious cycle that I can't beat.
